Full-Time Customer Service Representative - Diversified Insurance Group
Four-day work week, Monday thru Thursday 8am to 6pm. Responsibilities include: Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, answer incoming calls and greet incoming customers. Respond to inquiries regarding claims submission and billing clarification. Establishing client relationships and following up with customers as needed.
Current Producer Property & Casualty License or agree to obtain one after 1 year of employment.
Professional yet fun phone skills to provide excellent, memorable customer service.
Attention to detail along with organizational and computer skills.
The ability to work independently; as well as a team player.
